  • - On-line and off-line advertising
  • - Public relations for MG and its dealer network
  • - CRM cycle for existing sales and aftersales customers
  • Lead management, customer data management and GDPR compliance

  • - Establish an annual advertising, CRM and PR strategy aligned with MG Motor’s annual marketing plan and broader sales and marketing objectives
  • - Build and implement quarterly advertising, CRM and PR plans to maximise brand exposure and sales opportunities across retail and fleet channels
  • - Develop a robust CRM strategy to maintain good contact with MG buyers throughout their ownership cycle, leading to repurchase with the goal of increasing our renewal rate
  • - Ensure that prospect leads generated through all sales and marketing activity are managed effectively by MG and its dealer network
  • - Manage all customer and prospect data is managed effectively and in compliance with GDPR requirements
  • - Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Manager to ensure that digital advertising is planned effectively with appropriate creative material
  • - Ensure that budgets are optimised whilst presenting a high quality and professional image of the MG brand
  • - Work closely with the MG dealer network to ensure local advertising, CRM and PR opportunities are identified and supported
  • - Manage suppliers including the media buying agency, creative agency and PR agency
  • - Lead the tender process for media buying, creative and PR agencies as necessary
  • - Produce post-activity analysis to assess the success of each activity versus the objectives and to drive continuous improvement


  • - Advertising, CRM and PR planning experience
  • - Project management skills
  • - Agency management experience
