MG are already celebrating an amazing first seasons return to BTCC. The cars turned their wheels in anger for the first time at Brands for the first race of the season and now we return to Brands fighting for the driver’s championship.
This weekend will see one of the most exciting final race showdowns in BTCC history with four drivers still able to list the trophy going into the final 3 races.
Jason Plato in the MG KX Momentum MG6 GT is now in second place just 15 points behind Gordon Sheddons Honda.
In addition to the thrills and spill of practicing and qualifying on Saturday and the races on Sunday, MG and the team have some surprises up their sleeves for the weekend.
The MG factory team will be trackside as usual near the main entrance with a full range of MG6 GT and Magnette production cars and something new to see from Saturday afternoon!
The full range of MG racewear will also be on sale from the guys at Dread and Tesco Momentum and KX will also have the MG6 race replica car on their stand.
Tickets are available from just £13 on the gate for Saturday and children under 13 go free, so as ever its great value family entertainment. But if you can’t join us, then full live coverage is on ITV4 on Sunday – so set your recorders!
We hope to see as many of you there supporting Jason, Andy and the MG KX Momentum team.
