MG Motor UK takes second place in What Car? Satisfaction Survey

MG Motor UK achieved an impressive second place in What Car? magazine’s inaugural Servicing Satisfaction Survey, with the brand receiving praise for its outstanding customer service.

The survey asked 8,300 UK motorists to rate their most recent dealer experience based on politeness of staff, quality of work and value for money. In the overall results, MG Motor UK came second by just 0.3 per cent, with the manufacturer being praised for its attention to detail, honesty and value.

Speaking about the results of the survey, Matthew Cheyne, Head of Sales and Marketing at MG Motor UK, said: “We are committed to offering excellent customer service to every single customer that comes into an MG dealership. The result of the What Car? survey is a testament to our network’s hard work and it is great to have been recognised by such a well-regarded publication.

“We understand how important an ongoing brand relationship is to our customers and so we make sure that we do everything we can to support both the car and driver. Our dealers are chosen for their understanding of customer satisfaction, their high standard of workmanship and attentive approach.”
