SMS text messaging is available for use by deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired customers in a breakdown situation by calling 07900 444 999.
Information is available in large print, audio and Braille on request. Please call 0800 262 050 for details. Deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired customer who have textphone can call 0800 32 82 810.
MG Assistance is provided by various companies of the AA group of companies.
Roadside, Home Start and Relay are provided by Automobile Association Developments Limited (trading as AA Breakdown Services), which is an insurer of breakdown assistance services cover that is exempt from authorisation under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
